Membership

Annual Memberships are available for a $225 one-time sign-up fee, which includes:

• New Patient Evaluation ($325.00 without membership)

• 1"well visit" up to 1 hour

•Up to 4 online (sick visits) per month (up to 30 min each)

•2 online maintenance visits per year

• Telephone/chat consult 24/7

•$90 billed monthly for 12 months ($1,080.00/yr).

•Additional siblings who sign up for a membership receive a 10% discount on monthly fee ($81.00/mo).

Benefits

Lower costs: Some research suggests that people who use telemedicine spend less time in the hospital, providing cost savings. Also, less commuting time may mean fewer secondary expenses, such as childcare and gas.

Improved access to care: Telemedicine makes it easier for people to access care. It can also improve access for other populations, including pediatrics, and people who are geographically isolated.

Preventive care: Telemedicine may make it easier for people to access preventive care that improves their long-term health. This is especially true for people with financial or geographic barriers to quality care.

Convenience: Telemedicine allows people to access care in the comfort and privacy of their own home. This may mean that a person does not have to take time off of work, arrange childcare or take the kids out of school.

Slowing the spread of infection: Going to the doctor’s office means being around people who may be sick, often in close quarters. This can be particularly dangerous for people with underlying conditions or weak immune systems. Telemedicine eliminates the risk of picking up an infection at the doctor’s office.

Payment and Insurance

We do not accept insurance; we will, however, provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement according to your policy.

Payment in full is required prior to the start of your visit via Venmo or PayPal.

There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any appointment not cancelled 48 hours in advance.
